New Regency Gathered Day Gown with Puffed, Elbow length sleeves.
Hello Friends! A new gown to share today!Every costume I make becomes my mom's new favorite, and this dress was no exception.
I am quite fond of it myself. I love how poofy it is. I like Regency Gowns with some flowy shape.
The material has a very thin brown pin strip. I got it on sale at Walmart for $5. A very simple and inexpensive dress.

The sleeves were fun to design. The top poof is so well matched with a slender elbow sleeve.
